Instructions, at present:
Only those with an id and password can sign in.
The passwords aren't case sensitive.
Click the "new users" button to add an id and password for yourself, if you don't already have one.
Once you sign in, you can send a message to the message board. Everyone else who
is on the list can see it, when they sign in.
Once you post a message, a copy of it will be e mailed to the main recipient you selected,
a confirmation will be e mailed to you that it went, and if you enter a 3rd e mail address in the blank
at the bottom, a notification will be sent to them that there' s a new message up.
(Please note that receiving email accounts must allow automail.)
CHANGE PASSWORD, and FORGOT PASSWORD are the usual standard.
